I come from Spain. I live in Sangüesa. My birthday is on October 17th.
I am 11 year old. My mother tongue is Spanish but I speak Basque and English too.
I have one brother, his name is Iker. My mum's name is Blanca and my dad's name is Jokin and he is a physiotherapist.
I study in Luis Gil Primary School. It is in Sangüesa. Next school year I will study in the Secundary School, in Sangüesa.

My favourite sport is football. In my free time I play football and my favourite team is Osasuna, but I also like Barça. My favourite football player is Messi.
When I grow up, I want to be a physiotherapist or a football player.
My favourite foods are pasta and ice-creem.
I go on holidays to Benidorm or Portugal.

My favourite TV programme is La Que Se Avecina. My favorite film is Avatar.

My best friends are Erik, Diego, Mateo, Andres and Jesus.
My favourite subjects are English and P.E. I don't like Language and Maths.
I don't play any musical instruments.

HOW TO MAKE 'YUMME CHICKEN'

Ingredients:
  • 4 6-oz. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 oz. mozzarellapollo asado 1.jpg
  • 1½ c. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2/3 c. parmesan cheese
  • ½ c. seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¼ c. vegetable oil

Utensils:
  • oven (you'll need help from your adult assistant)
  • stove (you'll need help from your adult assistant)
  • skillet
  • casserole dish
  • mixing bowl
  • mixing spoons

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Dip chicken in egg. Then dip chicken in the seasoned breadcrumbs and coat evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and brown chicken until it is no longer pink in the middle.
  4. Place chicken in a casserole dish.
  5. Top each piece of chicken with 1½ oz. of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Mix together heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes.
  7. Pour cream mixture over the chicken.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes
